Our ideal candidate will be skilled as below :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Success Skills :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention<\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution<\/li>\n<li>Being up to date with company products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Train and educate clients on company products\/services and the best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Client onboarding<\/li>\n<li>Upselling and identifying new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues<\/li>\n<li>Answering questions over email, phone calls, &amp; live video calls.<\/li>\n<li>Finding ways to go above &amp; beyond to help customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Revenue Management Skills : <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze market trends and monitor occupancy rates to develop pricing strategies for clients&#8217; properties<\/li>\n<li>Use data-driven insights to recommend pricing and promotional strategies to clients<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business goals<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular revenue performance analysis and present findings to senior management<\/li>\n<li>Manage and provide inputs to the revenue management software tools and systems in the company,<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure software solutions remain competitive and innovative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>You are the perfect candidate if the following qualification meets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 to 3 years experience in a Customer support role within<strong> a SaaS product organization<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Empathy, and patience.<\/li>\n<li>Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience at<strong> a start-up<\/strong> or in a customer support role or equivalent is front desk roles in hospitality field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical background &#8211; <strong>our product is also revenue management and numbers-heavy!<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Databases, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with support\/service software<\/li>\n<li>Available to work on <strong>different regional timelines<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer a competitive salary plus commissions, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for revenue and account management, we would love to connect with you.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As a Customer Success &amp; Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with PMS &amp; RMS products.
